Ms. Sangita Patil

President

Ms. Patil is the Owner, President, and Managing Member of AEEC since 1995. As a leader of AEEC, she is in charge of corporate management, operations, financial, and strategic planning. Through her leadership, management skills, and vision, AEEC has continued to sustain and achieve aggressive business growth with a robust financial business stability. She has lead AEEC's Defense Contract Audit Agency's compliance requirements and she manages AEEC's Defense Security Services (DSS) requirements. Under Sangita's leadership, AEEC has achieved Deloitee Technology FAST 500 awards in FY-2009 and FY-2010.




Mr. Raj Patil, PE

CEO

Mr. Patil has been the CEO of AEEC since 1997. Raj is co-owner of AEEC. In his role as CEO, he performs the oversight and relationship management roles with all AEEC customers, Program Managers, employees, business partners, and subcontractors. He is responsible to set-up the company strategies, operations, employee screening, and customer satisfaction reviews and leads AEEC's continuous process improvements. Raj also functions as a Principal Engineer for AEEC's environmental engineering division. He is a registered professional engineer in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, Utah, and Wyoming. Raj served as a council member on GSA's Information Technology Industry Government (ITIG) Council from 2008-2010.




Mr. Kamal Faour, PMP

Vice President

Mr. Faour has over 19 years experience in strategic management consulting. His expertise is in the areas of Project Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Change Management, Strategic Analysis, E-Government, IT Procurement, and Knowledge Management. Mr. Faour identifies problems in organizations, systems, processes, and achieves improvements by applying project management, process modeling, strategic analysis, design principles, best practices, knowledge management, and information technology. Mr. Faour improves productivity by making information and know-how more widely and quickly accessible. Mr. Faour closes the gap between "what is known" and "what is required" to perform a task, and preserves the acquisition of new knowledge and intellectual capital. Mr. Faour plans, executes, and communicates business cases to create a smoother transition and implementation with clients to satisfy their immediate and measurable objectives.




Mr. Kaushik Nagarkar, PMP

Vice President

Mr. Nagarkar has over 21 years experience in Program Management, System Architecture, design, and agile development. He has extensive experience in all the major areas of System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) including, business case & ROI development, project planning, requirements management, architecture & design, iterative and agile development, change management and IT services delivery. Current areas of interest and specialization are IT governance, IT strategy & Portfolio management with a particular focus on Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM). Mr. Nagarkar has led large teams to successfully deliver new product lines to generate new sources of revenues. He was instrumental in the success of a multi-year IT services reorganization which resulted in significant cost savings while achieving regulatory compliance (SOX) for a Fortune-500 organization.




Mr. Kalem Sessions, PE

Vice President

Mr. Sessions has 10 years experience providing environmental remediation and clean-up/closure services. Contamination addressed includes metals, pesticides, herbicides, radiation, asbestos, VOCs, SVOCs, and petroleum constituents in soil and groundwater. Cleanup alternatives implemented and supported include risk based corrective actions, extraction wells, phytoremediation, extraction trenches, horizontal drains, PRBs, source removal, in-situ chemical treatment, and natural attenuation. Clients supported include the US Department of Defense, US Department of Energy, US Department of Agriculture, and US Forest Service. He possesses BS degrees from Utah State University in Environmental Engineering and Public Health, a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Brigham Young University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Utah, Maryland, and Indiana.




Ms. Manisha Morris, PMP

Program Manager

Ms. Morris has over 14 years of experience in contract and program management in enterprise IT services environments . Her experience spans large contract programs from DHS Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Modernization to the Internal Revenue Service to commercial customers. Her expertise and success in program management, project control and administration of high volume, multiple contract type orders for diverse teams including government employees, subcontractors, vendors and delivery teams ensures that the cost, schedule and quality requirements of each order are tracked, communicated to the client and achieved. Ms. Morris manages client interfaces at senior levels of the client's organization. She meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and she ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
