AEEC is currently seeking a Technical Editor/ Writer to support our corporate office in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a long term position and we are seeking a full time employee for this role.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will:

  • Assist with generation of technical reports including reviewing, formatting, proofreading, and grammatical editing of documents and spreadsheets
  • Print hardcopies
  • Write/ Edit Proposals
  • Perform Data entry
  • Process of field logs
  • Provide Quality control 


Citizenship and background investigation: US citizenship is not required. Applicant must have valid working authorization. All applicants will be required to submit a background investigation application prior to beginning work.

Physical Demands:  While performing duties of the job, incumbent is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.


Work Environment:  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma at a minimum. BS degree preferred.
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills required.
  • Must have strong writing and MS Word skills and be detailed oriented 

Desired Qualifications:

  • MS Access experience beneficial.
  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics (Adobe Photoshop) and page layouts is beneficial
